TERMS OF SERVICE – LOUVRE PRIVATE TOUR

1. Service Description Louvre Private Tour offers private guided tours of the Louvre Museum in Paris, France. Tours are available for groups of 1 to 6 persons. The tour price is €600 per group and includes reserved entry slots and museum admission tickets.

2. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date: full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date: 50% of the total amount will be charged; the remaining 50% will be refunded.
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour: no refund.

4. Group Size Tours accommodate a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 6 persons per booking.

6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

7. Consumer Rights (EU) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, please note that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date.
