REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – LOUVRE PRIVATE TOUR

Cancellation by the Customer

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour: full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: 50% refund.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: no refund.

Cancellation by Louvre Private Tour In the event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (museum closure, guide unavailability, force majeure), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

EU Right of Withdrawal As this service is booked for a specific date and time, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
